Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Harmony, MN. This position involves providing quality nursing care within a long-term care facility. The role requires flexibility to work evening and night shifts on a rotating basis, supporting the health and well-being of residents.
Job Details
- Certifications: Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (must be active) & American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Education Requirements: Associate Degree or Certificate.
- Location Requirements: Must be licensed and certified to practice in Minnesota.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 2+ years LPN experience, including 1 year LTC experience.
- Schedule: 8-hour or 12-hour evening and night shifts, rotating, with minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Willingness to float to another facility within 25 miles as needed.
- Charting Experience: Matrix charting preferred.
- Shift Notes: Evening/night variable shifts, must be flexible; unit structure includes night shift with 1 nurse and 2 CNAs, and days/evenings with designated roles.
- Submission Requirements: Candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start.
