Physical Therapist (PT OP) — Outpatient, Decatur, IL. This outpatient orthopedic clinic seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its collaborative team and provide exceptional patient care. Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Outpatient case management experience, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively within a PT/PTA clinical team; minimum 1 year of experience required.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options available. Clinics operate Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM; and Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Additional Information: The clinic provides a supportive environment with front desk staff, rehab aides, 2 Physical Therapists, and 1 Physical Therapist Assistant. Clinicians are supported by purpose-built AI technology that helps generate compliant clinical documentation in real time, allowing clinicians to stay focused on patient care.
