Job Details
- Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; previous successful assignments with your agency and with the organization.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops appropriate treatment goals, documents medical records accurately and timely, and ensures care adherence to physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and maintains compliance with applicable State Practice Acts and licensing requirements. Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety standards.
