Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state license in physical therapy, must have at least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a skilled nursing setting.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Agencies must have NM caregivers account critical need. The position starts on 11/02/2026 and extends through 02/07/2027.
