Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) in a healthcare setting. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active and applicable state licensure; six months outpatient clinical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy and previous assignments with the agency or organization are highly desired.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops appropriate treatment plans focusing on patient discharge, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, maintains professional licensure, and adheres to regulatory and safety standards. Demonstrates clinical reasoning, ethical conduct, and commitment to continuous professional development.
