- Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p
- Volume: 2 patients per hour
- Staffing model: 2 APPs, 2 RNs, 1 LPN
- EMR: EPIC
- Experience: 2+ years of PA experience
- Requirements: Active MN license, DEA, BLS
