Physical Therapist Outpatient (Specialty) – Critical Access (Location): This outpatient rehabilitation position involves providing therapy services to a diverse patient population within a critical access healthcare facility. Job Details
- Position / Specialty: PT Outpatient Rehab
- Shift: 4x10 (0645-1700); flexible shifts available, can be 8-hour or 10-hour shifts; no weekends
- Years of Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience; first-timers accepted
- Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- Location Requirements: Local candidates accepted; no radius restrictions
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting on 11/02/2026 and ending on 02/01/2027
- Additional Job Details:
- Previous charge experience preferred; minimum 1 year of recent outpatient experience required
- Wide range of skills including assessment, gait training, use of assistive devices, therapeutic modalities, and patient education
- Will utilize Cerner charting system
- Must review and complete compliance requirements including modules and documentation within specified timeframes
- Floating: Float rotation may be required
- Candidate must have Illinois license active and in hand at time of submission
- Up to 36 hours of potential cancellation per thirteen-week assignment; candidates should be prepared for flexible scheduling
