Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Certification as a licensed Physical Therapist is necessary.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, 10 shifts per week.
- Position Description: Responsible for delivering outpatient physical therapy care, including assessments, treatment planning, and patient education.
- Additional Information: Facility operates with Medhost electronic medical records. Dress code includes teal scrubs. Parking is available outside the SNU building. Position is a contractor replacement, with a start date of 10/26/2026 and a duration of 13 weeks.
