Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) — Westminster and Welby. This outpatient position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients in diverse clinical settings. Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician instructions. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs facilitating effective community reintegration. Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers. Maintains compliance with organizational safety and confidentiality standards, demonstrating behaviors aligned with the organization’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Location requirement: Westminster/Welby; 6 months desired.
- Schedule: Days Shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops individual treatment plans, and documents clinical progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies. Participates in student and professional development activities, maintaining licensure in good standing and adherence to regulatory standards. Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality improvement, and organizational values throughout daily duties.
