Job Details
- Certifications: BLS, CST*, completed surgical technologist program or two years of surgical technology experience; experience with ECMO, CABG, LVAD, thoracic surgeries, lung resections, transplant procedures preferred.
- Education/Experience Requirements: Two years of surgical technologist experience in a cardiac/thoracic environment; Level I trauma hospital experience required.
- Location Requirements: No specific location requirement beyond the hospital setting.
- Schedule: Day/Evening, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with start date of 11/16/2026 and end date of 03/15/2027.
- Responsibilities include preparing operating rooms, assisting in complex surgeries, and ensuring patient safety during procedures.
- Submittal Requirements: All candidates must meet client-specific testing criteria, including pass/fail telemetry exams with strict scoring, and demonstrate proficiency in cardiac rhythms.
