Job Summary
Vascular Sonographer in the ULTRA VT specialty, working in a healthcare facility. This position involves performing noninvasive vascular and cardiac testing using ultrasound skills and other modalities. The sonographer collaborates with patients and healthcare providers to ensure quality testing across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department settings.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must be registered in vascular and echocardiography with at least 3 years of experience in the specialty; 1+ year of travel experience preferred. Candidate must be registered through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) for vascular and echocardiography, or through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility. Testing will be performed on outpatients, inpatients, and emergency department patients. No holidays or call responsibilities required.
