Job Summary
Pharmacist, Inpatient — Located within the healthcare organization, this inpatient pharmacist role involves providing medication oversight and management within a hospital setting. Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing and at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. The typical shift is from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, with coverage for weekends and evenings as needed.
- Responsibilities include pharmacokinetic dosing (specifically vancomycin) and warfarin management.
- Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not required.
- Additional Information: Must be willing to cover varied shifts, including weekends and evenings. Duplicate submissions will not be accepted. Only one submission per traveler, per agency, per specialty is permitted. Travelers may not be submitted to multiple jobs with the same specialty. The facility reserves the right to cancel hours up to 36 hours per 13-week contract. RTO information must be disclosed at the time of submission and added into the confirmation page for it to be honored.
