- Required Qualifications: Active physical therapy license, 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, credentialing in progress, equipment provided during interview
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with electronic documentation systems
- Responsibilities: Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare team, document patient progress
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must complete documentation with ATI prior to starting and must be cleared by ATI to begin the assignment.
