Job Summary:
Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) in a fast-paced emergency room (ER) laboratory setting. The position involves performing Point of Care testing and clerical duties to support Emergency Department operations. The role requires immediate start and is projected to last for approximately three months.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS, CLS, or Medical Technologist) with full license (Associates degree not accepted), at least 1 year of laboratory experience, and availability to start on 09/21/2026.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Point of Care testing and clerical duties.
- Additional Information: The role includes performing Point of Care testing, supporting clinical and operational functions, and performing clerical duties as assigned by nursing and lab leadership. Flexibility to perform clerical work and support Emergency Department staff is preferred.
