Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings, located in Estero, FL. This contract position begins in late October and is focused on geriatric care within a skilled nursing and subacute rehabilitation environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with 36 hours guaranteed per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week, starting 10/19/2026 and ending 01/16/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida, Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, 2 years of experience in geriatric or skilled nursing care, experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as PointClickCare, and ability to work the scheduled days.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute/subacute rehabilitation facilities and geriatric patient populations.
- Additional Information: This position requires a commitment to patient-centered care, adherence to facility policies, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team in a geriatric care environment.
