Physical Therapist Home Health (PT HH) – Aspirus at Home Antigo. This position involves evaluating, treating, and planning patient care for adult and geriatric populations in a home health setting. Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Licensure required for the State of Wisconsin; NPI required—candidates must initiate application if they do not already possess one; Minimum of 1 year of home health experience, with training working with adult and geriatric populations with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses; Certification: AHA BLS.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position involves occasional travel to other branches, with mileage reimbursed at government-approved rates. On-call responsibilities may be assigned for low census hours, including potential callback pay. During flu season, unvaccinated travelers are required to wear masks at all times, per organizational policy. The contract is for 13 weeks, starting as soon as possible, with a guaranteed 37 hours weekly, flexible up to 40 hours.
