- Work Dates Needed: 11/2/2026 - 11/1/2027
- Preferred Schedule: VA hours M-F 8AM-4:30PM plus call. On all and call back hrs are rotated. Call hours are routinely 4:30pm to 7am.
- Worksite Setting: VAMC
- Scope of Work: Board Certified Urology Surgeon. Patients per clinic: 18-20/day. Number of procedures per surgical session: 3-5
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state license, BLS, ACLS, BC or BE, DEA, NPI
- EMR: CPRS
