Job Details
- Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient (PT OP)
- Location: Buckeye, AZ
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active licensure, minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, graduation from an accredited program in physical therapy
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient setting
- Responsibilities: Providing outpatient physical therapy services, documenting patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Certifications: Active license required
- Additional Information: Candidate must complete documentation with ATI prior to starting and must obtain permanent licensure if applicable. No float rotation required.
