Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Iowa or National Paramedic Certification, ACLS, PALS, BLS; 2+ years of experience; completion of paramedic program; minimum 2 years of experience required; location in Ottumwa, IA; shift is days, 12 hours per shift, with 36 hours guaranteed weekly.
- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Assist in Emergency Department as requested.
- Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience, Iowa or National Paramedic Certification, ACLS, PALS, BLS, completion of paramedic program, and registration in Iowa or nationally.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prehospital experience required.
- Responsibilities include providing prehospital emergency services, patient assessment, and supportive care across all patient populations, with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care.
- Dress Code: Scrub color is black or blue pants and black shoes or boots; uniform top is provided.
