Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart Specialty in Corpus Christi, TX. This position involves providing specialized cardiovascular surgical services within a high-acuity operating room environment. Job Details
- Position Description: Data Collection work starting on 8/19/2026, with responsibilities centered on cardiovascular surgical procedures in an operating room setting.
- Schedule: Dayshift, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, CVOR/Open Heart Surgery scrub experience, experience with cardiac and vascular surgical procedures, ability to take call and respond within required timeframe, 2 years of experience, and an ability to work independently in a high-acuity CVOR setting.

- Additional Information: Must participate in scheduled call rotation, maintain competencies for cardiovascular surgical procedures, and be able to work independently. There is a monthly call rotation of approximately 10-12 days, including some Thursday call coverage and weekend call responsibilities.
