Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) position in the region. This role involves providing therapy services in both skilled nursing facilities and home health settings, with varied weekly locations. The outpatient therapist will support patient care, evaluate progress, and collaborate with onsite supervisors, working in a dynamic environment with flexible scheduling.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, typically Monday through Friday or a shifted schedule from Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, with day lengths that can vary. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, 1 year of relevant experience, and available to start on 09/21/2026.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing and home health settings; familiarity with Net Health and HCHB therapy software; ability to supervise assistants if needed.
- Additional Information: The position involves covering SNF and home health locations that will vary weekly, primarily in Grand Island, with assistance in Hastings or Kearney area. Mileage and drive time are billable, including travel between locations and from patient to patient in home health. No on-call or callback available, and a $500 fee applies if the clinician cancels with less than 14 days' notice. Charting will be completed using unspecified computerized systems.
