Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours daily, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for Florida; minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the staffing agency or organization is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy settings.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and ensures documentation complies with federal and state regulations.
