 We fully understand how important this question is and how important pets are
 in our lives. Our pets are family members.



 So, the quick answer to your question is YES! You may bring your pet(s)
 with you, so you feel complete and whole in your assignment location.bAgain, we understand the importance of having our fury friends with us. After all, they are a part of the family!



 Depending on the location, there may be some restrictions for the pets per the
 policy of the rental property. There could be a weight, breed or size
 limitation/restriction. There could be an additional pet deposit and/or
 an additional monthly fee for having pets in the unit. These costs will
 be absorbed by the pet&rsquo;s owner. Your recruiter and housing
 representative will work closely with you to ensure accommodations are met for
 your pets.



 I would encourage you to be prepared to travel with your pet. Meaning a
 health check at your vet&rsquo;s office to ensure that your pet is ready for
 the trip. Ask your current vet for a referral for a new vet in your new
 assignment area. Make sure your pet has an identification chip just in case he
 or she becomes lost or runs away. New surroundings can be frightful at
 first for your pet.



 Make sure you have a carrier or something comfortable for your pet to travel
 in and make certain that your pet gets use to the carrier prior to the
 trip. Make a few short trips to ensure the pet will feel safe and
 secure.



 When traveling to your new location assignment, plan for additional travel
 time because your pet will need to get out, walk around and find a place to
 potty as well. Plan accordingly: give yourself plenty of time!



 Since most assignments these days are 12 hours in length, you may want a pet
 walker at your new location. Check to see what is available in your
 area. Plan to arrive a few days prior to your assignment start date, as
 this will allow you time to have your pet meet their walker and build a
 relationship.



 If a pet walker is not what you desire then there are other options, such as
 animal day care centers for your pets, as well. Again, it requires some
 planning in advance but the peace of mind it brings is well worth it!



 Pets are welcome to come with you. So, plan ahead and it will be a
 smooth transition for you and your beloved pet! Talk to your recruiter
 and let them know your desires to bring your animal family member with you.
