I discovered that I still enjoyed inspiring children to become lifelong learners. So, as a former teacher, I understood that becoming a substitute teacher would satisfy both of my ambitions.</p><h3>What do you like about Cross Country Education?</h3><p>Cross Country Education is a good fit for me. There is professional support, a flexible work schedule and the ability to visit different schools with various grade levels. There are both daily and long-term assignments. Most importantly, schools and teachers may request specific substitutes.</p><h3>What have you liked about your experience working at schools with Cross Country Education?</h3><p>Having worked with Cross Country Education for over six years, I have fostered an excellent relationship with many schools, teachers and students.</p><h3>What advice would you give to those starting out as a substitute teacher?</h3><p>For those just starting out, don't be afraid to ask questions.
