<h3>Why did you become an ECE Teacher?</h3>
<p>
  As an Early Childhood Educator, my motivation to become a teacher began when I
  was in Preschool. Teaching, for me, is natural and enjoyable. The preschool
  environment has always appealed to me as I recall enjoying participating in
  activities and storytelling. I decided to attend Los Angeles College to learn
  more about how to spark children’s interest in education. I value spending
  time with children and I love to sing and dance with my students. Teaching is
  such a rewarding career.

<h3>What do you like about Cross Country Education?</h3>
<p>
  As a substitute teacher for Cross Country Education, I found that the company
  offers a variety of ECE schools to choose from. I also value the fact that
  Cross Country Education is flexible to fit the needs of workers that attend
  college. Cross Country Education has provided me with the platform to execute
  my teaching profession.
</p>

  What have you liked about your experience working at schools with Cross
  Country Education?
</h3>
<p>
  My experience as a Cross Country Education teacher is an honor to represent my
  company. On an assignment, I always do the best in my classroom to provide
  quality teaching. The schools I have worked with have been wonderful.
</p>
<h3>What kind of advice would you give to those starting out in your field?</h3>
<p>
  My advice to Cross Country Education teachers is that the best way to teach a
  child is to offer learning activities through play. Cognitive communication
  skills are developed when the child experiences hands on activities. I suggest
  for new teachers to engage with the children and to encourage the children to
  explore, think and question topics. Teachers should make the learning process
  welcoming for children to participate in. As a substitute teacher, be open to
  new suggestions from other teachers or directors. Educators must modify the
  learning experience to fit the needs of each individual student by having
  patience and understanding. I also advise to remain professional with your
  communication and appearance.
</p>
