<h3> Why did you become a substitute teacher?</h3>
<p>I became a substitute teacher to be able to experience the leadership role inside the classroom. I want to be able to understand students’ strengths and weaknesses to better serve the classroom as a whole. </p>

<h3>What do you like about Cross Country Education?</h3>
<p>What I like about Cross Country Education is the support I have been given since day 1. I always feel supported when I need advice with my assignment. CCE has provided me with the proper training to best serve the students I work with. CCE gives you the opportunity to grow as an educator.</p>

<h3> What have you liked about your experience working at schools with Cross Country?</h3>
<p>What I have liked about my experience working at schools with Cross Country is the diversity in districts. I am fortunate to have experienced the difference in public and charter schools, and the wide variety of educational needs students have. I am grateful to have experienced a great school setting where all students' needs are met and other school settings where we, as district and CCE educators, are currently learning together how to meet the needs of all students.</p>

<h3>What kind of advice would you give to those starting out in your field?</h3>
<p>To those passionate educators starting in this field, please have the patience and motivation to always find a strategy to help ALL your students. Every day is a new day, a new journey, that these students have with you, and you should make it a memorable experience. I ask that you give them the opportunity to learn and grow with you. After all, they are our future leaders.</p>
