  I became a TA/BII to impact my community by helping students to become the

  patience, and dedication they give employees to reach our goals.

  Working the first assignment with the school was rewarding and
  insightful.&nbsp;I loved working with students who have struggles and
  challenges in life, it feels great to help others.

<h3> What kind of advice would you give to those starting out in your
    field?</h3>

  My advice would be to stay true to yourself by having a strong and genuine
  heart. Continue to pursue your goals, be adaptable, resilient and believe in
  the gift you have to help others.
