Their dedication to creating positive change is truly inspiring, and we believe their stories are worth sharing.</p><p>Through our <strong>Educator Spotlight Series</strong>, we celebrate these exceptional individuals and hope to inspire others to explore the rewarding world of education and behavioral support.</p><p>This month, we’re excited to introduce <strong>Daniela</strong>, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) whose expertise, empathy, and energy help shape brighter futures for the students she supports.</p><p>Keep reading to discover what led Daniela to the field of behavior analysis—and why she loves being part of the Cross Country Education team.</p><h3>Why did you become a Behavior Intervention Developer?</h3><p>I became a BCBA and work as a BID (Behavior Intervention Developer) because I enjoy the impact that behavior strategies provide for the student and their support team in the school setting. As a BID I can work with the school teams to address difficult and challenging behaviors and foster a collaborative, data-informed, and student-centered behavior service delivery Plan.</p><h3>What do you like about Cross Country Education?</h3><p>I enjoy the accessibility and support of my lead and team members. I enjoy the autonomy in my work schedule and the resources that are accessible to perform my job. I especially appreciate the work/life balance.</p><h3>What have you liked about your experience working at schools with Cross Country Education?&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3><p>I enjoy the rapport that CCE has with their schools. Staff are always excited to hear that I am a CCE provider. CCE always ensures that all parties are communicating, and that all necessary information is gathered prior to beginning a new assignment. I feel like a vital team member whenever I go on a campus, and I also feel welcomed and supported.</p><h3>What kind of advice would you give to those starting out in your field?</h3><p>I would say be patient and kind to yourself. You are in this field because you are passionate about improving the quality of life of each one of your students.
