  stand-out professional as our Educator of the Year. Sabrina embodies this
  role, from her dedication to uplifting struggling students to her ability to
  remain a kid at heart.

  Here’s what Sabrina has to say about her career, her motivations, and her
  experience as part of our team:

<h3>How long have you been working as a behavior
    interventionist?</h3>
<p>I’ve been a behavior interventionist for seven years.</p>
<h3>How long have you worked for Cross Country
    Education?</h3>
<p>I have been with CCE since October 2019.</p>
<h3>What do you like about working with Cross Country
    Education?</h3>
<p>
  I enjoy the supportive and informative trainings, which have really helped me
  understand how my student thinks and how to treat him as an individual in
  order to reach him better.
</p>
<h3>Describe a time when you made a difference in a student's
    progression.</h3>
<p>
  I feel the turning point was helping my student to understand and maintain a
  positive attitude towards school, his classmates and staff – and that we are
  all there to support him because we care about him and want to see him
  succeed.
</p>
<h3>What is the number one lesson you hope to teach the students you
    work with?</h3>
<p>
  The number one lesson I would like to teach my students is perseverance. Yes,
  it may be difficult at first but keep trying and you will succeed!
</p>
<h3>What would students be surprised to find out about
    you?</h3>
<p>
  My student would be surprised to find out that I am a big kid. I enjoy a lot
  of the same stuff that he does during the weekends and breaks.
</p>
