<h2>Meet Geraldine, Behavior Interventionist</h2>
<p><strong>Cross Country Education is thrilled to announce that our Educator of the Year for 
  2022-23 is Geraldine!</strong> An outstanding and dedicated behavior interventionist, 
  Geraldine is our inaugural recipient of this annual award. She was chosen based 
  on feedback from the schools she worked with and our internal Cross Country 
  Education team. 
  The consensus is that Geraldine goes above and beyond for her kids! </p>

  <p> Geraldine is recognized for making a meaningful and lasting contribution to 
    the students she serves. She rises above expectations and sets the bar for other 
    educators. From being passionate about serving her community to helping ensure 
    students’ needs are met, Geraldine is a shining example for educators in the field.

   <p>Here's what Geraldine has to say about how she feels she's made a difference, 
     what she enjoys most about working with the Cross Country 
     Education team and schools, and what her kids would be surprised to learn about her.

  <h2>How long have you worked in education? </h2>
  <p>I've worked in education for six years.</p>

  <h2>How long have you worked for Cross Country Education? </h2>
  <p> I have worked for Cross Country Education for one year.</p>

  <h2>What do you like about working with Cross Country Education?</h2>
  <p> I like working with Cross Country Education because I get to serve my community. </p>

  <h2>Describe a time you felt you made a difference in a student's progression.</h2>
  <p> I felt I made a difference when I began to see academic and behavior progression in a student in as little as one month. He was 
    thought to be a difficult child. It just turned out his needs weren't being met.</p>
    

  <h2>What is the number one lesson you hope to teach the students you work with?</h2>
  <p> I hope to teach them that it doesn't matter where they come from; they can achieve 
    anything, and educators are here to help get them to where they want to go.</p>

  <h2>What would students be surprised to find out about you?</h2>
  <p>Students would be surprised to learn I also came from a rough environment. 
    I didn't have the best upbringing or support, but it is the 
    educators in my life that gave me the confidence to make something of myself.</p>
