Job Description
As a retail pharmacy technician, you'll dispense medicine under the supervision of a pharmacist. Working for a retail pharmacy in a grocery store or drug store, you'll handle patient records, process prescriptions, count out, package and label medications, process insurance and payment, answer customer and provider calls and more. You'll play an important role in patient health, safety and education.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a retail pharmacy technician
- Current state license (if applicable)
