Job Description
As an anesthesia technologist, you'll help administer anesthesia to patients having surgery. Working alongside an anesthesiologist or certified registered nurse anesthetist in a hospital operating room, outpatient center or other surgical setting, you'll prep patients, handle equipment, stock supplies, sterilize materials, prepare IV medications and more. You'll play an important role in providing moral support and pain relief for patients undergoing surgery.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an anesthesia technologist
- ASATT Certification (if applicable)
- Current state license (if applicable)
