Job Details & Requirements
- Work Dates Needed: One year, plus an option to extend up to an additional year Start date is contingent upon completion of B/G check and credentialing.
- Preferred Schedule: M, T, Th, F 8am - 5pm, W 12pm - 5pm
- Worksite Setting: Indian Health Facility
- Scope of Work: Outpatient Primary Care, 16 patients per day.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Eligible candidates must have a current Medical license in a state that requires a Controlled Substance Registration, have a current DEA and BLS. Must be BC or BE in Family Practice.
- EMR is used
