- Scope of Work: DX+Mammo+Light IR, Stereo Breast Biopsies, Needle Localizations, DX and Screening Mammos, US Breast bx, Abscess drains, Lumbar Punctures, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Various other bx
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MQSA required, BC, DEA, Florida State license
