Work Dates Needed for perm this is realistic start timeframe: May 1st or ASAP with (30 -90 days to credentials. If Medi-Cal certified it will be quicker)
Preferred Schedule days / times / on call: no on call
The position is Monday through Thursday 9.5 hours per day (see schedule below).
7:30am Arrive and begin art prep for the morning
8 am huddle
8:20 – 12:30 pm See patients
12:30 – 1 pm LUNCH
1-1:30 am chart prep for afternoon
1:30 – 5:30 See patients
Worksite Setting ie. How many chairs / outpatient / how many others working with: RRHC Dental 101 Clinic located in Redway, CA – 2-3 chairs per dentist. 2 assistants per dentist and 1 RDH. There are two full-time dentist and a part-time RDH at the site.
Scope of Work i.e. volume of patients seen, exact procedures, supervision of employees, any other expectations : See 20-24 patients per day providing comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care. Yes, extractions are performed but no impacted molar removal. You’d help guide 2 RDAs, but no supervision responsibilities. Team-based care and knowledge of Medi-Cal service limitations.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirement, credential time frames, ideal start date etc.: DDS or DMD with CA license and Medi-Cal enrolled. Need active CPR certificate, DEA. Would ideally like a Dentist to have all of the following Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Guardian, Delta Dental, Medi-Cal.
