- Work Dates Needed: 9/1/2025-12/31/2025
- Preferred Schedule: 2 days off, 2 days on, 5 days off, 5 days on (to rotate with existing provider)
- Worksite Setting: Urgent Care
- Scope of Work: All Ages, most patients are Spanish speaking, Bilingual preferred
- Requirements: 2+ years of UC experience, CA lic, DEA, BLS, COVID Vacc
- EMR: Epic
