Job Details & Requirements

Work Dates: ASAP for up to 4 months minimum
Schedule: M-F | 8am to 5pm
Worksite Setting: 100% outpatient
Scope of Work: 3 to 5 patients a day as the MD will collaborate with other professions for the care of 55+ and older. This is a primary care position & training is provided on all aspects of the unique PACE model of care which provides all-inclusive coordinated care.
- Center includes all medical, dental, rehabilitation, home care, eye care, senior gym on site. Provider will work with other providers & therapist for the care of senior health.
- This is an Elderly Health "DAY" Center.
- Unique at this location is a lobby lounge area, a computer lab, a meditation quiet room, an outdoor patio and a demonstration kitchen.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS, Board Certified IM or FP - might consider BE if physician has clean record
EMR: E-Clinical Works
- Initial Training & on board of all providers
