Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p~5:30p (no call, 30-min lunch)
Worksite Setting: Outpatient clinic (Adults + 18)
Scope of Work: Acute & chronic primary care; 20 patients/day
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CT medical license (unrestricted); DEA w/CT registration; BC/BE in FM or IM; ACLS & BLS; 2+ years of experience in outpatient FM/IM
EMR: EPIC
