- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing ASAP
- Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only. Monday-Friday 8-5 A mix of peds/adults (Will consider FM or IM) A decision is typically made within 7-14 days.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Family Medicine Patients Per Shift: 18.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA License, must have clean file and FQHC experience, BLS, BC, Active DEA is needed before the start Credentialing takes 45-60 days (six weeks is common if the provider submit app./supporting documents promptly). We will also accept DO BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency).
