- Work Dates Needed: ASAP-8/3/2026 with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-630p. Candidate will work 4 10's per week. . No weekends or holidays
- Worksite Setting: Primary care - MD/DO FM or IM, is sole provider to see 2+ ages
- Scope of Work: Outpatient
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be BC; State license, EPIC Experience a must
- EMR: EPIC - Experience required
