Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call (M-F, 8am to 5pm). Cardio West will also need the following weekends covered: July 24th to August 2nd, each month the 3rd week will consist of 7 days.
Worksite Setting: Outpatient
Scope of Work: Outpatient - General Cardiology, Echocardiography, STEMI, Heart biopsy, Atherectomy, Electrophysiology. Position will be clinic and hospital
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ State License, IMLC, Board Certified, ACLS, DEA
EMR: Cerner
Pay Rate Preferred: $2200 - $2500 Daily | $350 Beeper Call Back (rates negotiable)
