10 shifts per month min required
Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient 
Scope of Work: 
Outpatient clinic
Avg 20 patients per day
Mix of new and established patients
Inpatient:
Appx 2 weekdays per week and 24hr weekend call
Rounding/consults
Surgical cases and call
Tracheotomy required 
Oral maxillofacial and facial repairs/trauma; plating, soft tissue repair, mandible arch bars 
Routine ENT patient needs, emergency room and trauma patients with ENT needs. Typical ENT surgical skill and experience
Cases Seen: Sinuses, tonsils/adenoids, ear infections, thyroids, vertigo, hearing loss, larynx lesions, voice disturbance, nosebleeds, cerumen, trachs
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license or IMLC w LOQ, BC, ACLS, BLS, DEA, min 5 years of experience 
EMR: Epic
