Dates of coverage needed: as soon as credentialed thru 7/21-10/31
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a - 5p
Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
License and certification: Board Certified, NC State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
