- Work Dates Needed: Sporadic dates between March - Aug.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Conducting sport physicals on middle to high school aged children. Physical Therapist and Orthopedic Surgeons are present to perform the musculoskeletal exams. Sports Medicine Physicians will be on-site to review and clears or fails the athlete based on our providers assessment.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX Medical License, Must have experience seeing ages 11-18 years old.
- EMR: Paper charting
- Pay Rate: $65
