- Scope: complex care for substance use, mental health disorders and multiple chronic illnesses
- Duties: Primary care, women’s health, UC, behavioral health, bridging meds, MAT
- Daily volume: 20
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: CA lic, DEA, BLS, 3 ys of primary care exp, 1 year of exp in MAT
