Job Details & Requirements

Work Dates Needed: Start as soon as accepted and credentialed
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p On Site; need to cover M-F, with some Sat 5hr shifts possible if available
Worksite Setting: Full Scope NP or PA; Family Practice Clinic with acute care services; outpatient; diagnosis and management of common as well as some complex medical conditions
Scope of Work: Patient physicals, health appraisals, lab work, consultations, acute care, management of chronic conditions, illness visits, evaluations, etc..
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA License Required; 1-2 years Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience in community health setting preferred, but will consider new graduates; BLS, bilingual preferred
EMR: EPIC
