- Dates: ongoing, min 4 shifts per month
- Scope: all ages, physicians run codes
- Patients per hour: 2-2.5
- Schedule: must be open to days and nights

- Requires: Active VA license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Pay rate: $100 per hour
