Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant to provide immediate support to elementary students in the Waldorf, MD area for the '25–'26 school year!
Position Overview:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload of 40-60 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Execute both current service minutes and make-up sessions as designated on student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Prepare, organize, and maintain therapy materials, and assist the supervising SLP with documentation and data collection.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
- Experience delivering speech and language intervention services to elementary-aged students (Preferred)
