Position Overview:
- Develop and implement play-based, age-appropriate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) to meet their developmental and educational needs.
- Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that promotes social-emotional growth, communication skills, and school readiness.
Qualifications:
- MI Professional Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education or an equivalent endorsement for preschool (Required)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs (Preferred)
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
