Marriage and Family Therapist

Are you a License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential? Cross Country Education invites you to bring your expertise in Los Angeles, CA for the '25-'26 School Year!

Position Overview: 

• Serve as an AMFT and ACSW Supervisor, overseeing clinical practice and professional development across up to 6 school locations in the Los Angeles area.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with the ability to manage visits across multiple sites and utilize virtual work options as approved.
• Be available for crisis consultation on working days, providing immediate support and guidance to supervisees as needed.
• Review and sign off on all clinical documentation for assigned supervisees, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
• Conduct weekly (1 hour) individual clinical supervision and facilitate monthly (2-3 hour) group supervision, with Zoom option available.

Qualifications:

• Valid LMFT Certification with Supervision Certification 
• Prior experience with License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the school setting (Preferred)
